§ 35.42 MVH RESTRICTED FUND 203.
   (A)   An MVH Restricted Fund 203 is created, effective January 1, 2019.
   (B)   Beginning January 1, 2019, 50% of all funds received from each distribution from the Motor Vehicle Highway Account shall be distributed to the MVH Restricted Fund 203.
   (C)   The initial balance of the MVH Restricted Fund 203 on January 1, 2019, will be the sum of $0.00, and no funds will be transferred into said account from MVH Fund 201 funds which were held in said account at the end of 2018.
