(A) Establishment. There is hereby created a Non-Reverting Pool Operating Fund pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3-22.

(B) Sources. Concession receipts shall be deposited in the Non-Reverting Pool Operating Fund. Other income derived from the operation of the swimming pool may also be included as a source of deposit to the Non-Reverting Pool Operating Fund in the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Board.

(C) Expenditures. Expenditures may be made from the Non-Reverting Pool Operating fund for any pool purpose by the Parks and Recreation Board. Money from the Non-Reverting Pool Operating Fund may be dispersed only on approved claims allowed and signed by the President and Secretary of the Parks and Recreation Board and approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city.
