§ 35.26 NON-REVERTING PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   Establishment. There is hereby created a Non-Reverting Park Improvement Fund for the city.

   (B)   Sources. Any donations to the Non- Reverting Park Improvement Fund of the city shall be used for the purposes designated by the donor under appropriations of the Common Council. In addition to donations, the rent collected from renting the shelter houses within the parks shall be deposited into the Non-Reverting Park Improvement Fund under the same guidelines.
