3-2-2: OFFENSIVE OR DANGEROUS ACCUMULATIONS:
   A.   Garbage And Stagnant Water: No person shall permit or suffer to accumulate in or upon any yard or premises, lot or places within the city limits or upon any street or sidewalk adjacent to or abutting upon any lot, block, place or premises occupied by him, or for which he may be agent or agents, within the city limits, any stagnant or impure water, refuse, vegetables, decayed or decaying substances, garbage or filth of any kind; shall not suffer such yard, lot or premises to be or to remain in such condition as to cause or create a noisome or offensive smell or atmosphere, or thereby to be or become, cause or create a public nuisance. (1983 Code § 8.12.020)
   B.   Explosive Substances: It is unlawful for any person to keep or store in any building, or elsewhere, within the city limits, more than twenty five (25) pounds of gunpowder, nitroglycerin, dynamite, blasting powder or other highly explosive substance, and when so kept or stored, it must be placed in some iron receptacle, so that in case of fire it can be conveniently moved.    C.   Inflammable Materials: It is unlawful to allow an accumulation of brush, fallen limbs, slashings and other inflammable material within the city limits. (1983 Code § 8.12.050)
