505.09 BARKING OR HOWLING DOGS.

(a) No person, being the owner, keeper, or harborer of any dog or other animal within the Municipality, shall allow such dog or other animal, by frequent and habitual barking, howling, or yelping, to disturb the peace and quiet of the residents of the Municipality.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
