   185.13 DISPOSITION OF MONEYS RECEIVED, WHERE
       CREDITED.
   (a) The moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be credited to the General Fund of the City.
   (b) The income derived from the taxes generated from the passage of this chapter shall be utilized for capital improvements to public property or right-of-way in an area bounded by I-74, New Haven Road, West Road, and Harrison Avenue. (1993 Code 98.42)
