171.03 ISSUING A CAPIAS FOR DEFENDANT’S APPEARANCE; COSTS.

An administrative cost of ten dollars ($10.00) in addition to any other costs shall be assessed by the Magistrate upon the appearance of a defendant in the Magistrate’s Court when it was necessary to issue a capias to insure said defendant’s appearance.
