145.03 OFFICIAL RECORDS.
   (a)     Commission Minutes. The secretary shall keep a minute record of such official actions of the Commission as are required under these rules.
     (b)       Official Roster. The secretary shall maintain an official roster showing the names, titles and rates of pay of all employees in the classified service if such name has not been placed on the official roster in accordance with the provisions of the civil service law and these rules.
     (c)  Other Records. The secretary shall oversee the maintenance of the official classifications, files of examination papers, payrolls, correspondence, and other data. The examination papers of those who have qualified shall be preserved until the expiration of the eligibility list on which their names appear, but the examination papers of those who have failed to qualify may be destroyed after 60 days from the announcement of the result of the examination.
