1502.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   "de minimis Violation." Any fire code violation which has no direct or immediate relationship to safety or health.

   (b)   “Fire Code." The City of Harrison fire code, as adopted in Chapter 1501 of the City of Harrison Codified Ordinances.

   (c)   “Fire Code Official." The City of Harrison fire chief or any other designated authority charged with the administration and enforcement of the fire code.

   (d)   "Serious Violation." Any fire code violation that is described in 109.1.2 of the Ohio Fire Code, adopted by the City of Harrison.
