(a) The 2017 State of Ohio Department of Commerce Division of State Fire Marshall Ohio Fire Code ("2017 Ohio Fire Code") is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code for the City of Harrison; for the control of buildings, structures and premises as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said 2017 Ohio Fire Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 1501.02.
(b) The document designated as "2010 Southwest Ohio Fire Safety Council Unified Standard," is hereby adopted and shall be used in conjunction with the 2017 Ohio Fire Code ; for the control of buildings, structures and premises as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said SOFSCUFC '94 are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 1501.02.
