761.15 SEVERABILITY.

In the event that any provision of this Chapter is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the entire Chapter in general but shall only be effective as to those provisions declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
