(a) An internet sweepstakes cafe shall not be located within:
(1) One thousand (1,000) feet of any establishment which sells alcoholic beverages under a D-1 liquor permit; two hundred fifty (250) feet of any establishment which sells alcoholic beverages under a C-1 or C-2 liquor permit.
(2) One thousand (1,000) feet of a church, child day care, public building or school building whether public or private.
(3) Two hundred fifty (250) feet of any residence.
(4) One thousand (1,000) feet of any other internet sweepstakes café.
