761.12  PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
   (a)   Permit indecent, immoral or disorderly conduct upon the premises or to permit the premises to become a gathering place for disorderly persons;
   (b)   Permit gambling in any form or permit the operation or use or possession of any gambling device or paraphernalia as defined by Ohio R.C. Chapter 2915.
   (c)   Permit intoxication or the possession or consumption of any alcoholic or controlled substances on the premises;
   (d)   Permit the public streets, alleyways, or sidewalks adjoining the premises to become littered;
   (e)   Permit the premises or the activity conducted thereon to become a nuisance;
   (f)   Permit the walkways adjoining the premises to become obstructed so as to impede pedestrian traffic;
   (g)   Permit the premises to become overcrowded so as to constitute a hazard to the health or safety of persons on the premises or to be in violation of the City's fire, health or sanitation codes.
   (h)   Permit any computerized sweepstakes device or supporting equipment to be utilized without said device and supporting equipment being fully operational and safe for use.
   (i)   Permit the violation of any City ordinance or resolution or State or Federal law on the premises.
   (j)   Permit persons under the age of 18 to be present on the premises unsupervised by an adult. (Ord. 18-12. Passed 8-21-12.)
