756.11 JUDICIAL REVIEW OF PERMIT DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
An applicant or permittee may seek review of a denial of an application, denial of a renewal of an application, or suspension or revocation of a permit through the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas in accordance with Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506. The suspension or revocation of a permit will be stayed upon application for review and the status quo shall be maintained. If the applicant fails to perfect its appeal within sixty days of a final decision regarding a permit, the stay will dissolve and the suspension or revocation will take immediate effect. If an applicant properly appeals to a court of competent appellate jurisdiction the stay will continue during the pendency of the appeal unless dissolved by the Court. Upon notice of appeal to the Common Pleas Court, the City will prepare an administrative transcript within forty days except where expedited procedures are available in which case the City shall cause the transcript to be filed with the Court within five days after receiving notice of the filing of a notice of appeal under Ohio R.C. 2506.05.
