A permit to operate a teen club business may be suspended until the violation causing the suspension has been corrected, provided that the period is not to exceed thirty days, if a permittee knowingly, or an employee of a permittee intentionally and with knowledge of the permittee:
(a) Violates or is not in compliance with this chapter;
(b) Works at the teen club business while under the influence of alcohol;
(c) Fails to correct a violation of a building, fire, health or zoning code within seven days of notification of such violation;
(d) Transfers the teen club business permit to another in violation of this chapter; or
(e) Is in non-compliance of coin-operated amusement device Section 711.02.
(f) If a controlled substance is found, used, or sold on teen club property.
(g) If a fire arm or other weapon is found, used, or carried by owner, employees, or patrons on teen club property.
