(a) Meeting nights for Council shall be on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on any night on which the regular Council meeting would fall on an election day, the meeting shall be held the night following the day of the election.

(b) In the event a regularly scheduled Council meeting occurs on the same day as the Primary or General Election Day, the Council meeting shall be rescheduled for the next day on Wednesday immediately following the regularly scheduled Council meeting on Election Day.
