127.04 IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION POLICY.

Pursuant to Resolution 24-09, passed August 18, 2009, Council authorizes and approves the Identity Theft Prevention Policy attached thereto as Exhibit A and directs the Mayor, Finance Director and Public Works Director to take actions necessary to implement said policy.
