(a) There is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) and related codes as the current edition adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as identified and published in Division 4101:1 et seq. of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
(b) The Building Code, the Mechanical Code and related codes as the current edition published by the International Code Council (ICC) and as amended by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, are hereby incorporated fully herein as if set out at length.
