(a) Curbs and gutters will be required to be constructed in all development projects.
(b) Where curbs exist on abutting properties, their extension shall be required throughout the proposed subdivision. Curbs and gutters shall be constructed in conformance with the current Constructions and Material Specifications of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation and the City Engineer's Standards.
