The members of the Records Commission shall be the Mayor, the Finance Director, the Law Director, a Council member appointed by members of Council, the Clerk of Council, and a citizen appointed by the Mayor. The Clerk of Council shall serve as the Secretary of the Records Commission. Commission members shall serve without compensation. The Commission is authorized to employ an archivist and/or request cooperation and/or assistance from the City of Harrison Historical Society.
