   Landscaping shall be provided according to the following standards with the new construction of any principal building in the following districts.
   R-4   Multi-Family Residential District
B-1    Local Business District
B-4    General Business District
   DRD   Downtown Redevelopment District
M-1    Restricted Industrial District
   M-2    General Industrial District
