(a) Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 4101:8 - The Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two, and Three-Family Dwellings, as the current edition promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the City of Harrison, Ohio. The City of Harrison Building Department will not engage in issuing plumbing permits or plumbing inspections.
(b) The Residential Code, the Mechanical Code and related codes as the current edition published by the International Code Council (ICC) and as amended by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, are hereby incorporated fully herein as if set out at length.
