939.15 REVENUE TO BE PLACED IN WATER FUND.

All income and revenue derived from or obtained from the charges herein established shall be placed in the Water Fund and expenditures from said Fund shall be for capital improvements to the existing water system; for payments on principal and interest on water bonds; for expansion of the current system; or as otherwise authorized by Council by ordinance.
