935.16 METERS FOR NONTREATED WATER.
   Where water not requiring treatment is used by the owner of property located within or without the corporate limits and such water is not discharged into the sanitary sewer system, upon application made by such user to the Director Utilities and the provision of proof of such condition satisfactory to the Director of Public Works, the Director of Public Works may authorize the installation of a separate meter to measure and charge for the water so used without adding the sewer system charge. Such installation shall be made solely at the expense of the applicant property owner. (1993 Code 52.35)
