   935.12 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   USER. Each single family dwelling, house-trailer, mobile home, business, or each unit of a duplex, double-house, apartment building, multi-purpose building, or the like.
