743.09 LOST AND FOUND PROPERTY.

It shall be the mandatory duty of any operator or driver of any taxicab licensed under the provisions of this chapter to deliver, immediately upon finding the same, any property left in any such taxicab by a passenger, to the Chief of Police. (1993 Code 111.10)
