Every exhibitor shall furnish to the Chief of Police prior to the fifth day of each month a duplicate list of all new coin-operated gaming machines or pool tables displayed on the exhibitor's premises in the preceding month. The Chief of Police shall file one copy in his office and one copy with the Clerk's office. The Police Department shall use these monthly listings to check the exhibitors to see that the proper fees have been paid and that the proper license is displayed on each coin-operated gaming machine or pool table as noted. It is further provided that no licensed coin-operated gaming machine or pool table shall be moved from one location to another or from one room to another on the same premises, unless the new location shall be approved by the Chief of Police, and duly noted on the Police Chief's records.
