711.05 LICENSE APPLICATIONS.

Applications for exhibitors licenses for coin-operated gaming machines or pool tables shall be obtained at the Police Department. Applications shall be in triplicate and shall be approved by the Chief of Police. Application forms and licenses are to be displayed on each coin-operated gaming machine or pool table as shall be prescribed by the Chief of Police.
