Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter or knowingly furnishing the town with false or fraudulent information, or failing to comply with the provisions hereof, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in § 50.99. Each and every day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. This penalty shall be in addition to any other remedy, penalty or sanction provided for herein. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
