§ 50.40 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR FAILURE TO PAY.
   The town shall have the right to discontinue sanitary sewer service to any commercial user discharging into the sanitary sewers of the town who fails or refuses to make timely payment of the sewer charges for which he or she is billed, provided, however, in the event of a dispute as to the amount of charges made, service shall not be terminated if the person charged deposits with the town the amount of such charges on the condition that, upon the review of the dispute and decision thereof by the Town Council of the town, which decision shall be final, any amount the Town Council finds the customer is entitled to have refunded shall be returned to him or her, and the balance thereof shall be applied to satisfy the disputed charges.
