(A) Billing for sewer service charges shall be made to the sewer customers of the town concurrently with the monthly water bills issued by the town to such customers. Those persons without water meters or with a source of water supply other than the town, will also be billed monthly.
(B) All sewer charges shall be paid in full by the fifteenth of the month. For sewer charges which remain unpaid beyond the fifteenth, the customer will be assessed a penalty as determined by Town Council.
