Any agent or person refused or denied a registration under this chapter may appeal to the Town Manager for review of such a refusal or denial. Such appeal shall be in writing and shall be delivered to the Town Clerk within 30 days after notice of such refusal or denial has been sent or otherwise delivered to the agent or person.
