In those instances where water meters are provided on the sources of water providing water to the facilities discharging into the sanitary sewer system of the town, water usage will be determined from the water meter readings, for the purpose of determining the sewer service charge. As to such water sources that are not metered, estimates of water usage will be made by the town and sewer service charges based upon such estimate and will be in addition to those determined from water meter readings, as more fully described in § 50.37.
