§ 110.03 REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRATION.

Unless exempt as described in § 110.06 of this chapter, each person who conducts a business within this town is subject to this chapter. One conducts a business WITHIN THE TOWN if one maintains a business location within the town, or if, either personally or through agents, one (a) solicits business within the town limits, or (b) picks up or delivers goods or services within the town limits.
