(A) The residential sewer tap fee shall be as provided in the town’s adopted budget ordinance.
(B) (1) The sewer tap fees for all commercial businesses, including shopping centers, shall be as provided in the town’s adopted budget ordinance.
(C) All sewer tap privilege fees must be paid at the time the compliance permit is issued.
