§ 97.10 CONDUCT.
   (A)   All persons shall obey police officers, park rangers, park personnel, or other persons designated and authorized by the town to enforce any rules and any applicable laws or ordinances on park property.
   (B)   Public nudity is prohibited.
   (C)   Making any noise, music or other sounds that annoy, disturb, or frighten other park users or nearby residents is prohibited except as authorized by special permit issued by the town.
   (D)   Littering of any kind in any park is prohibited.
   (E)   Rude behavior such as unnecessary spitting, abusive language and/or profanity in any park is prohibited.
   (F)   Fighting (either physical or verbal assault) in any park is prohibited.
   (G)   Conducting meetings, performing ceremonies, or holding events or rallies in any park shall be scheduled and authorized in advance by the town.
   (H)   Throwing rocks or objects of any kind is prohibited. This does not include balls or objects regularly used in athletic events, when used in a reasonable manner and in such a way that they do not become hazards to other park patrons. Golf equipment, golf balls, or any other activities that could be hazardous to the athletic fields or other people are also prohibited.
   (I)   No one shall solicit, peddle or beg within any park, or sell any merchandise or wares; provided that this subsection shall not apply to (1) any concession granted by the town; or (2) any solicitation or sale of goods by nonprofit or civic groups, provided that a permit is obtained in advance from the town.
   (J)   No person shall interfere with or in any manner hinder any employee of the park in the performance of his or her duties. A violation of any subsection is punishable as a misdemeanor.
