§ 95.101 DESIGNATION OF NIMS FOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
   The Town Council has established the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the town's standard for incident management, all emergency agencies under town control, under contract with the town, or by a signatory to a mutual aid agreement with the town, will function under the standards of the National Incident Management System.
