§ 95.046 COMPLAINTS TO CHIEF.
   Whenever any person shall make written complaint to the Chief of the Fire Department that any business or premises constitutes a fire hazard, it shall be the duty of the Chief of the Fire Department to have such business or premises inspected immediately.
