§ 95.040 PRIMARY AND SECONDARY FIRE LIMITS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The primary fire limits of the town are established and defined as follows: the corporate town limits.
   (B)   The secondary fire limits established will include the Cabarrus County boundaries of the Fire Department Rural Fire Protection District, as outlined by the county fire district boundary map.
