§ 93.03 APPROPRIATE TRAFFIC- CONTROL DEVICES MARKED.
   Any intersection at which cross-visibility is obstructed by any obstruction excepted herefrom by § 93.06, shall be so marked by appropriate traffic-control devices as to provide for the safety of motorists and pedestrians at such intersection.
