§ 53.095 SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES.
   (A)   The schedule of charges provided in the town’s annual adopted budget ordinance will apply to storm water fees. These charges will remain in effect until changed by the Town Council.
   (B)   There will be no service charge for zoning lots or tracts with fewer than 200 square feet of impervious surface area.
