§ 53.114 DETERMINATION OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES.
    The sewer service rates and charges to users of the wastewater treatment facility shall be as established by ordinance or resolution, and adopted pursuant to § 36.01, as that section maybe amended from time to time.
