§ 117.06 SIGN RESTRICTIONS.

In order to protect children from exposure to lurid signs and materials and in order to preserve the value of property surrounding sexually oriented businesses, the sign regulations contained in § 153.106 shall apply to all establishments subject to this chapter, in addition to all other regulations contained in §§ 153.090 through 153.106.
