§ 154.19 DRIVE-IN BUSINESSES.
   (A)   General. No person shall construct, operate, or maintain a drive-in business within the city without first obtaining a conditional use permit.
   (B)   Location requirements.
      (1)   No drive-in business shall be located within 500 feet of a public or parochial school, church, or public recreation area or within 300 feet of a residential structure.
      (2)   No plan shall be approved which will in any way constitute a hazard to vehicular or pedestrian circulation. No access drive shall be within 50 feet of the intersecting street right-of-way.
   (C)   Site requirements. A detailed site development plan must be approved by the governing body as a part of the conditional use permit. Site plans shall include provisions for parking and circulation, landscaping, lighting, signs, building locations and all improvements to be made on the property.
