§ 153.067 ACCEPTANCE OF LAND DEDICATIONS AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   Land dedications. The recording of the final subdivision shall constitute the acceptance by the city of the land dedications made in the subdivision. Acceptance of formal offers of land dedication of streets, public areas, easements, and parks other than by subdivision platting shall be by ordinance of the city.
   (B)   Public improvements. The approval or recording of a subdivision plat by the city, whether sketch, preliminary or final, shall not be deemed to constitute or imply the acceptance by the city of any improvements such as sheets, easements, or parks shown on plat. The City Council may require the plat to be endorsed with appropriate notes to this effect.
