§ 152.12 LIVESTOCK FEEDLOTS AND INTENSIVE POULTRY FARMING.
   Livestock feedlots and intensive poultry farming shall be prohibited within 660 feet of the high water mark, or in those areas where surface run-off could carry waste materials from same into the body of water adjacent thereto.
