(A) The following land use zoning districts have been established in accordance with their compatibility with the public waters classification. The shoreline zone surrounding each lake or stream shall be within the district corresponding to the public waters classification of the respective lake or stream, unless otherwise designated, and shall be bounded by the boundaries indicated on the official Chisago County shoreline map.
(B) The shorelands of Chisago County, Minnesota, are hereby divided into the following districts, in this city.
(1) Natural Environment District.
(2) Recreational Development District.
(3) General Development District.
(4) Special Protection District.
(C) All shoreland districts are overlying districts and are subject to all uses and restrictions provided for in the underlying district which are more restrictive or govern uses other than those found herein.
