§ 151.11 NONCONFORMING USES.
   (A)   A structure or the use of a structure or premise which was lawful before passage of this chapter, but does not comply with the provisions of this chapter, may be continued but shall not be rebuilt, expanded, changed, enlarged or altered to increase its nonconformity.
   (B)   If any nonconforming use of a building is discontinued for more than 12 consecutive months, any future use of the building premises shall conform to the chapter. No nonconforming use shall be reconstructed after total or partial destruction of 50% of its value at the time of its becoming a nonconforming use unless the structure is changed permanently to a conforming use.
