(A) Every person who shall expose the private parts of his or her person in any public place or in any place where other persons are present other then the spouse of the person so exposing, or shall procure or in any manner compensate another to so expose himself or herself, and every person who shall engage in open or gross lewdness or lascivious behavior, or other public indecency, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) For the purpose of this section, private parts shall mean the male and female reproductive organs or any part thereof and the hirsute area surrounding same.
