No person shall be granted an off-sale liquor license at more than one location. For the purpose of this section, any person owning an interest of 5% or more of the entity to which the license is issued, or if the ownership is by a member of any immediate family living in the same household, as the licensee, that person shall be deemed to be a licensee.
